Just in time for Canada Day, G Adventures is honouring its Canadian roots with the launch of nine new itineraries across six provinces.

The new trips, available for booking now, span from the peaks of the Rockies to the fjords of Québec and the fishing villages of the East Coast.

The newly unveiled tours are part of the company’s Classic, Active, and Marine travel styles, and follow G Adventures’ recent relaunch of its Arctic Expedition program.

One of the highlights is a rare sea journey aboard the G Expedition ship, sailing from Iceland to Greenland and ending in Newfoundland and Labrador.

“We’ve always been incredibly proud of our Canadian roots; it’s a country that has not only welcomed me with open arms, but also provided the opportunity to grow an incredible global travel community, committed to changing lives through travel,” said Bruce Poon Tip, founder of G Adventures.

“These new trips mark an exciting step forwards as we approach our 35th anniversary and pay homage to where we have come from.”

The new offerings are designed to appeal to both domestic and international travellers, with a focus on immersive, community-based experiences. “We’ve had countless requests from our travellers and agents in recent years for more Canada trips and, when they ask, we listen,” Poon Tip added.

“In true G Adventures style, these new trips are about so much more than just seeing Canada – they’re about diving in with both feet, and really experiencing the destination.”

In Newfoundland, the “Newfoundland Adventure: From Signal Hill to Gros Morne” itinerary includes stops at puffin colonies, national parks, museums, and local art workshops.

The “Canadian Rockies Winter Adventure” features snowshoe treks through Sunshine Meadows and Johnston Canyon, with a chance to walk across Abraham Lake’s ice bubble formations, conditions permitting.

In Northern Québec, G Adventures is offering seasonal options: a winter itinerary with dog sledding and ice fishing, and a summer program that includes treetop trails, kayaking, and hiking through Parc Jaseux and the Saguenay Fjord.

Other trip highlights include:

Canadian Rockies: Northern Lights Winter Explorer (Jan–Mar 2026): A nine-day trip through Banff, Lake Louise, and Jasper with a cultural visit to Alberta’s only Métis interpretive centre and northern lights viewing.

Coastal Treasures of the Canadian Maritimes (Starting June 2026): Exploring Nova Scotia, P.E.I., and New Brunswick, this itinerary includes hiking Cape Breton’s Skyline Trail and visiting UNESCO-listed Lunenburg.

Northern Québec Summer Lodge Escape (Starting June 2026): A seven-day escape from Montréal to the Saguenay Fjord and Québec City, featuring kayaking, riverside villages, and chalet accommodation.
