MSC Cruises is bringing its luxury “ship-within-a-ship” concept to Galveston aboard the MSC Seascape.
When the vessel sets sail from Texas this November, it will have one of the brand’s largest and most luxurious MSC Yacht Clubs on board, offering 32,000 square feet of private space.
In addition, guests can enjoy embarking from the Port of Galveston’s brand new Cruise Terminal 16. They’ll also be able to take advantage of a dedicated MSC Yacht Club check-in area and lounge, priority embarkation and personal escort.
Once they board the ship, guests will enter a keycard-access area that includes their suite, as well as a private MSC Yacht Club Restaurant, an exclusive Top Sail Lounge and a sun deck and pool.
MSC Yacht Club guests can also enjoy perks like dedicated butler service, premier room service and a personal concierge to help with dinner reservations, VIP seating in entertainment venues and excursions. The MSC Yacht Club experience also includes a premium beverage package, high-speed internet for two devices and thermal spa access.
“The white glove treatment starts the moment you get to the port, and it continues until you disembark at the end of the cruise,” says Lynn Torrent, president of MSC Cruises North America. “Our guests love the spacious suites, exclusive areas and personal attention that makes the MSC Yacht Club so sought after.”
“Our travel advisors tell us cruisers appreciate being able to enjoy that luxury experience alongside all the amenities we can offer on a large, resort-style ship like MSC Seascape,” Torrent continued. “It’s the best of both worlds, and we’re thrilled to bring it to Galveston.”
