Universal Horror Unleashed has now officially opened in Las Vegas.
Located in the city’s AREA15 District, the adventure takes place in
an abandoned warehouse filled with haunting stories and characters, taking guests on a
terrifying journey through four
haunted houses, four themed areas with live entertainment and
treating them to food and cocktails as they attempt to evade monstrous creatures.
“Today marks an exciting step in our expansion into new
markets as we officially welcome guests to Universal Horror Unleashed in Las
Vegas,” said Page Thompson, President, New Ventures, Universal Destinations and
Experiences, in a statement. “Horror Unleashed will provide unique character interactions that
will thrill fans of both horror and immersive entertainment.”
Four Haunted Houses
Scarecrow: The Reaping Scarecrow: Travel back in time
to a dry, barren 1930s farmland ravaged by farmers and taken over by bloodthirsty
scarecrows bent on revenge.
“The Texas Chainsaw Massacre”: Based on the 1974
horror classic, the journey places guests in footsteps of the victims as they
face horrifying iconic scenes and characters.
Universal Monsters: Legendary classic
horror monsters have broken free from the silver screen to stalk unwitting
victims in a continuous nightmare.
Blumhouse’s The Exorcist: Believer: Guests find
themselves deep in the shadowy woods where best friends Katherine and Angela
mysteriously vanish – only to be discovered days later with no memory of what
happened.
Four Themed Areas
Kill Vault: Eerie characters include a strange
surgeon to psychotic slashers waiting to lure their next victim.
Prop Graveyard: Guests face a supernatural collection
of unsettling dolls, dismembered mannequins and other haunted objects from
abandoned film sets that move as guests walk through.
Dead Storage: Enveloping guests in a shadow-filled
sanctuary with forgotten set pieces and eerie relics reclaimed by
night-dwelling creatures such as vampires, a werewolf in mid-transformation.
Jack’s Alley: Set in a twisted, dark carnival
atmosphere, guests face Jack The Clown’s evil maniacs and a group of malicious
jugglers, dancers and fortune tellers.
Spooky Food and Beverage
Rough Cuts: Small plates accompanied by electrifying
performances and haunting backstories.
Premier House: Tapas bar with shareable bites and
cocktails featuring the horrors of Blumhouse
Boiler Bar: Craft cocktails with a hellish spectacle
and monstrous flaming machine.
Jack’s Alley Bar: Themed cocktails in a circus-like
hellscape with Jack the Clown and evil sidekick Chance.
For a deeper dive into the horror, guests can purchase the
elevated “Haunted High Rollers” VIP Experience Package. Fans can commemorate
