AIC Hotel Group bolstered its meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions (MICE) department team with seven new sales staff to expand its reach in the US and Canada markets.
The new sales executive will report to Luke Majewski, associate vice president of meetings, incentive groups and corporate travel program, and who previously served as AIC’s regional director of business development.
“Having grown within the company, I’ve witnessed firsthand the passion and dedication that defines our approach to meetings and incentives,” Majewski said.
“I look forward to finding innovative ways to elevate our offerings and set new standards within the industry as we embrace exciting trends for destination events.”
The team will promote AIC’s brands, which include the all-inclusive Hard Rock Hotels of Mexico and Dominican Republic, Nobu Hotels Los Cabos, Chicago and Miami Beach, AVA Resort Cancun and the UNICO Hotel Collection.
The MICE team put the spotlight on AIC’s newest resorts, including AVA Resort Cancun, which is equipped with more than 90,000 square feet of meeting space; and the Unico 20º105º Hotel Riviera Nayarit in Mexico, which is scheduled to open its doors on Sept. 1.
“The new property features abundant meeting and event space with a dedicated planning team to help every step of the way,” AIC said.
