Ultra-low-cost carrier Spirit Airlines is helping travelers explore some of the most exciting destinations in the United States with rich Latin cultural scenes.
In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, which kicked off on September 15, the airline unveiled flight deals to six U.S. cities with deep ties to Hispanic culture. With the deal, one-way flights can be booked for as little as $55.
“We’re all about helping our Guests stretch their travel dollars so they can experience new cultures and places more often,” said Rana Ghosh, Spirit’s senior vice president and chief commercial officer. “Travelers looking to explore the vibrant traditions and cuisines of America’s Hispanic cultural hubs can enjoy our high-value travel options to great destinations.”
The deal includes flights to bustling cities like Miami (MIA), known for its Little Havana neighborhood starting at $59 one way, as well as New York (LGA) and Los Angeles (LAX) for as little as $60 and $88 one way, respectively.
Elsewhere, Spirit is offering discounted flights to San Antonio, Texas (SAT), as low as $69 one way. The city is home to the largest Mexican market in the U.S. and is a capital of both Tex-Mex and Mexican cuisine. Travelers can also book one-way flights to Tampa (TPA) starting at just $55 and explore its historic Ybor City district, known for its Cuban cafes and cigar shops.
For travelers looking for a longer trip, Spirit is also extending the deal to flights to Puerto Rico, with fares to San Juan (SJU) available from just $109 one way. The island’s capital is known for its cobblestone streets, historic fortress, colorful buildings, and vibrant nightlife.
To score the discounted fares, travelers must book by the end of day on September 22, 2025. Keep in mind that the deal applies to only limited travel dates this fall with the discounted fares valid for flights between October 15 to November 19, 2025.
