Marriott has launched a new outdoor lodging brand, the Outdoor Collection by Marriott Bonvoy, along with the Marriott Bonvoy Outdoors, a new platform connecting travelers to not just hotels and accommodations, but also tours and activities from hiking to scuba diving to fishing and more.
The Outdoor Collection by Marriott Bonvoy is a portfolio of outdoor-focused and stylish stays, from glamping tents near national parks to cliffside boutique hotels, all offering comfort deep in the heart of nature.
Two of the brands added to the Outdoor Collection are Postcard Cabins, which offer over 1,200 beautifully designed cabins across 29 places in the United States, and Trailborn Hotels, which offers boutique accommodations throughout bucket-list destinations in the U.S. Marriott acquired Postcard Cabins at the end of 2024.

Marriott Bonvoy Outdoors, meanwhile, is partnering with Outside Interactive to offer Marriott Bonvoy Moments in Hawai’i, including a hike along Kauai and a kayaking excursion through Hanalei Bay.
“We built Marriott Bonvoy Outdoors to help people, whether that’s cresting a mountain trail, catching the perfect wave, or simply finding quiet under the stars,” said Peggy Roe, Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Officer, Marriott International.
TV personality, filmmaker and outdoorsman Dylan Efron is bringing awareness to the new brand and platform with the Drop Pin Challenge, a treasure hunt across 20 outdoor destinations across the United States and Canada, with 10 million Marriott Bonvoy points to win.
Travelers can head to MarriottBonvoyOutdoors.com to read the rules of the contest and find the locations listed. They’ll then visit these places, find the pin, and scan the code to win. The first 50 people to scan each pin will earn 10,000 Marriott Bonvoy points.
