
CroisiEurope is launching new paddlewheel cruises on the Seine, giving travelers a unique way to explore some of France’s most iconic destinations.
In 2026, the company will debut two new itineraries aboard the MS R.E. Waydelich L.J., a modern paddlewheel ship that can accommodate up to 81 guests in 42 cabins.
The vessel has a restaurant, a lounge bar with a dance floor and a sun deck.
The five-night “Little Gems of the Seine” voyage will sail round trip from Paris and includes visits to the Château de Fontainebleau, the Île de la Cité; the gardens of Claude Monet in Giverny and the village of La Roche-Guyon. Rates start at $1,694 per person, with departures available from March through November 2026.
The seven-night “The History of France from Paris to Normandy” cruise also sails round trip from Paris. The ship will call in Melun, Mantes-La-Jolie, Caudebec-en-Caux, Rouen and La Roche Guyon, giving travelers a chance to explore iconic destinations like the Île de la Cité, Versailles and Monet’s gardens in Giverny.
Rates start at $2,398 per person, with departures between April and September 2026.
