Silversea introduced it most substantial collection of sailings between summer 2027 and winter 2027-28, with 414 new itineraries aboard 12 ships, which will explore all seven continents on voyages ranging from six to 77 days.
Sales open Oct. 25, 2025.
The voyage collection, dubbed “Memories that Move You,” will include 271 classic sailings and 143 expedition voyages to upward of “600 of the world’s most iconic and off-the-beaten path destinations in more than 100 countries with 30 maiden calls,” Silversea said.
The 2027-2028 winter sailings are slated to operate from February 2027 to May 2028.
Access to Global Festivals
“Our voyage collection 2027-2028 marks a new chapter of innovation in luxury travel,” said Silversea President Bert Hernandez. “We will deliver exclusive access to authentic festivals and events that best showcase the world’s most enriching local cultures and customs – including the Carnival in Rio de Janeiro, the Monaco Grand Prix, and one of Japan’s largest cultural festivals, Awa Odori – leaving our guests with memories that will last a lifetime.”
Nova Class Voyages, New Japan Cruises
Combined, the ultra-luxury line’s two Nova class ships, Silver Nova and Silver Ray, will ply the waters of the Mediterranean on 57 voyages, including 11 in the Caribbean and Central America.
The Japan summer itineraries, aboard Silver Muse, will include six combinable cruise that highlight local festival and celebrations, including Kyoto’s Gion Matsuri to Tokushima’s Awa Odori, and ports such as Hiroshima, Akita, Nagasaki, Shimizu near Mount Fuji, Busan, Jeju, Okinawa, Amami Oshima, and Kagoshima.
Expedition Itineraries
The 143 expedition itineraries will sail to Polynesia, the Philippines, Indonesia, Australia’s Kimberly region and the Galapagos, and new regions like Japan, Southeast Asia and Australia’s Great Barrier Reef aboard Silver Cloud.
Arctic and Greenland expeditions will enable guests with the chance to “travel as far as 80° North aboard Silver Wind and Silver Endeavour, chasing the Northern Lights and the Midnight Sun, while enjoying unique wildlife sighting opportunities, from Arctic foxes to walruses, whales and more,” Silversea said.
All told, Silversea will feature 43 Antarctica expeditions, including 32 fly-cruise sailings.
“Silversea’s guests will follow in the footsteps of legendary explorers, such as Shackleton and Amundsen, in exploring over 50 of the continent’s pristine destinations aboard Silver Endeavour, Silver Cloud, and Silver Wind,” the company said.
Grand Voyages
Three new Grand Voyages have been added to the 2027-2028 voyage collection, including Silver Dawn’s 60-day “Grand Voyage 2027” itinerary which sail the Western Mediterranean, the Greek Isles and the Adriatic, “across 48 destinations in the shoulder season, from marquee highlights like Istanbul, Dubrovnik, and Casablanca to boutique ports such as Gythion, Naxos and Porto Santo Stefano,” Silversea said.
Silver Muse’s 51-day “Grand Voyage Asia 2028” sailing will feature calls in 28 destinations in seven countries, include those in Southeast Asia, East Asia and Japan, and “will include 10 overnights in Asia’s iconic cities, timed to Southeast Asia’s tropical warmth and Japan’s cherry blossom season,” the line said.
Silver Ray, meanwhile, will embark on a 77-day “Grand Voyage South America 2028” in South America, calling at 40 destinations with region, with overnights in Lima (Callao), Valparaiso, Ushuaia, Buenos Aires, Rio de Janeiro and Manaus.
