Wyndham Hotels & Resorts’ award-winning loyalty program has launched a first-of-its-kind subscription option for travelers seeking more rewards and perks.
The hotel giant introduced Wyndham Rewards Insider on Tuesday. Costing $95 a year, members will have access to perks such as automatic Gold level status, concierge services and the ability to double-dip on points with select partners.
Additionally, Wyndham Rewards Insider members will save on hotels, flights, cruises, car rentals and entertainment and lifestyle experiences through a new partnership with Ticketmaster.
When it comes to booking accommodations, members can save 10 percent or more off standard rates on qualified stays at over 8,000 hotels and enjoy an automatic upgrade to Wyndham Rewards GOLD level membership. Meanwhile, Gold, Platinum and Diamond members can earn 50 percent more points through an enhanced points accelerator.
Other perks include up to 5 percent savings on domestic flights, 15 percent off international flights and up to 30 percent on cruises, in addition to 10 percent or more on car rentals, up to 15 percent on tours and activities and up to 15 percent on car transfers and limo services.
Lastly, Wyndham Rewards Insider members can earn and redeem with Ticketmaster across more than 50,000 concerts and live events and enjoy exclusive ticket savings at top theme parks and aquariums, including Walt Disney World Resort, SeaWorld Orlando and LEGOLAND California Resort, among others.
To take advantage, members must book through WyndhamRewardsInsider.com.
“The world of travel rewards is changing. People today want more than just points—they want breadth, flexibility and value they can feel across every aspect of their journey,” Scott Strickland, Chief Commercial Officer, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, said in a statement. “Historically, such benefits were reserved only for the travel elite, off-limits to those without high-fee, premium credit cards. Wyndham Rewards Insider flips that script, putting the power back in the hands of everyday travelers—all for less than the cost of a night out.”
In celebration of the new rollout, Wyndham is rewarding those who sign up between now and the end of the year with their first 14 months for the price of 12, plus a 7,500-point bonus or a free night stay.
