Disney fans will appreciate the chance to snap photos of
their favorite characters this holiday season at the Disneyland
Resort.
Donned in their best festive attire, Santa Claus and Disney
characters can be spotted all throughout the theme parks and hotels during the
Holidays at Disneyland Resort and Disney Festival of Holidays at Disney
California Adventure park beginning November 14, 2025, and continuing
through January 7, 2026.
Select character locations and schedules can be found with on
the Disneyland app.
Santa Claus at Disneyland Resort
Jolly Old St. Nick will appear in the Disneyland Resort
through December 24, 2025. From November 27 through December 24, guests can
spot Santa at Disneyland Hotel, Pixar Place Hotel and Disney’s Grand
Californian Hotel and Spa.
Holiday Characters at Disneyland Park
Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse and their pals will make stops at
Main Street U.S.A. in newly designed festive outfits.
Disney Characters at California Adventure
Holiday park goers will find Disney characters dressed in
retro-inspired wintry wear and Mater getting into the spirit in Cars Land.
Holiday characters appearing on Buena Vista Street include Mickey Mouse, Minnie
Mouse, Goofy, Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, Pluto and Clarabelle Cow while Carl,
Russell and Dug can be spotted at Grizzly Peak.
Deadpool at Avengers Campus
Deadpool returns to Avengers Campus in 2025 for ‘The Story Time with
Deadpool Holiday Special’ with Wolverine spotted at select performances.
Mickey’s Happy Holidays
Holiday toy drummers travel along the streets of California Adventure
with Disney friends and Pixar pals during this fun and festive holiday
procession. Featured characters may include Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Joy,
Mr. & Mrs. Incredible, Frozone, Woody, Jessie and Bo Peep.
Mirabel’s Gifts of the Season and Disney ¡Viva Navidad!
During this whimsical street performance at Paradise Gardens
Park, Mirabel and friends gather on select days for their own Fiesta de Navidad
celebration accompanied by tunes from Walt Disney Animation Studios Encanto.
Also at Paradise Gardens Park, the daily Disney ¡Viva
Navidad! cultural celebration features live music, specialty dishes and
character appearances.
A Musical Christmas with Mariachi Alegría de Disneyland
& Miguel!
On select days, guests may encounter Miguel from Pixar
Animation Studios’ Coco at Carthay Circle as he joins Mariachi Alegría de
Disneyland for heartfelt stories and holiday songs during this evening street
performance.
On Saturdays and Sundays, The Three Caballeros – Jose
Carioca, Panchito and Donald Duck – are joined by folklorico dancers,
mariachis, Brazilian samba dancers, and more during the “Disney ¡Viva Navidad!
Street Party.”
Christmas Fantasy Parade at Disneyland
A Christmas Fantasy Parade celebrates its 30th
anniversary with prancing reindeer, marching toy soldiers and dancing
gingerbread cookies along with Disney characters that may include Buzz
Lightyear and Woody, Green Army Men and Jessie, Anna, Elsa and Olaf, Max Goof,
Belle and Beast, Snow White and The Prince, Princess Aurora and Prince Phillip
and Cinderella and Prince Charming,
Holiday Fun with Santa and Friends!
Fantasyland Theatre is Disneyland features daily festivities
through December 25 with animated shorts, sing a longs and Disney Characters
like Chip ‘n’ Dale, Goofy and Pluto.
Character Dining at Disneyland Resort Hotels
Daisy’s Holiday Pajama Party breakfast and brunch at Disney’s
Grand Californian Hotel & Spa features Disney friends in festive colors and
plaid fabrics. Guests are even welcome to dine in their pajamas. At dinner, Storytellers
Café presents Mickey’s Christmas Carol Feast with Mickey Mouse, Scrooge McDuck
and more.
At Disneyland Hotel, Goofy’s Kitchen offers holiday
breakfast, brunch and dinner with Goofy and his pals.
