Azamara Cruises is further solidifying its relationship with travel advisors with the introduction of the new Anything Azamara hotline – 888-575-9782 – which connects agents directly to the line’s contact center for personalized assistance.
The new hotline is part and parcel of Azamara’s “broader initiative to simplify, support and strengthen relationships with its valued trade partners,” the line said, adding that the new enhancements were instituted based on input from an agent survey.
The line will also add new chapters to the Azamara World Academy, its training and certification platform next year, and unveiled new RezA training for its RezA reservations system, along with a roster of new destination guides.
“We’re committed to listening and acting on what our travel partners need most,” said Michelle Lardizabal, Azamara’s chief sales officer for North America.
“Anything Azamar is more than a phone number – it’s a promise that every new advisor joining our community has a direct line to personalized support and partnership from day one,” she added.
The advisor enhancements were announced in the aftermath of significant growth in Azamara’s advisor partnerships, including 500 first-time bookings from agency partners and upward of “800 new registrations from agencies eager to sell Azamara’s Destination Immersion cruises,” the line said.
