Travelers already looking ahead to planning spring break getaways have a surge of new affordable flight options thanks to Frontier Airlines’ new route expansion.
The low-cost carrier is adding 23 new routes to its network throughout March and April 2026 across popular leisure destinations in the United States and Mexico.
Some of the routes will only be operated for a limited time, while others will be permanent. Fares on all of the new routes are now on sale, and introductory prices start at just $39 one-way.
Here’s a look at the destinations where Frontier is adding new flights early next year:
Cancun, Mexico
Frontier will add three new routes to Cancun International Airport (CUN) in one of Mexico’s popular resort cities, from the following U.S. cities:
Charlotte, North Carolina (CLT) on March 6, 2026; flights will operate 3x per weekChicago Midway (MDW) on March 7; flights will operate once per weekRaleigh-Durham, North Carolina (RDU) on March 7; flights will operate once per week
Fort Lauderdale, Florida
The carrier is rolling out four new domestic flights to Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) from the following airports:
Indianapolis (IND) on March 6; flights will operate 3x per week, and fares start at $59Columbus, Ohio (CMH) on March 8; flights will operate 3x per week, and fares start at $49St. Louis (STL) on March 13; flights will operate 2x per week for a limited time, and fares start at $79Raleigh-Durham (RDU) on April 2; flights will operate 4x per week, and fares start at $39
Orlando, Florida
Frontier will debut four new routes to Orlando International Airport (MCO) throughout March and April 2026, from the following cities:
Tulsa, Oklahoma (TUL) on March 13; flights will operate 2x per week, and fares start at $79Little Rock, Arkansas (LIT) on March 15; flights will operate 2x per week for a limited time, and fares start at $69Salt Lake City (SLC) on April 1; flights will operate daily, and fares start at $89Richmond, Virginia on April 2; flights will operate 2x per week for a limited time, and fares start at $39
Additional Florida Routes
Aside from Fort Lauderdale and Orlando, Frontier plans to add two more routes to Florida in 2026 as part of its most recent expansion:
Indianapolis (IND) to Fort Myers, Florida (RSW) will start on March 27; flights will operate 2x per week for a limited time, and fares start at $79Norfolk, Virginia (ORF) to Tampa, Florida (TPA) will start on April 3; flights will operate 2x per week for a limited time, and fares start at $59
Phoenix, Arizona
Frontier will add five new flights to Phoenix Sky-Harbor International Airport (PHX) next March from the following airports:
Nashville (BNA) on March 6; flights will operate 4x per week for a limited time, and fares start at $69 Des Moines, Iowa (DSM) on March 13; flights will operate 4x per week for a limited time, and fares start at $69 Memphis, Tennessee (MEM) on March 15; flights will operate 3x per week for a limited time, and fares start at $79Indianapolis (IND) on March 24; flights will operate 4x per week for a limited time, and fares start at $79Omaha, Nebraska (OMA) on March 25; flights will operate 3x per week for a limited time, and fares start at $69
Las Vegas, Nevada
The low-cost airline will also add new airlift to Sin City’s Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) in March 2026 from four U.S. airports:
Minneapolis (MSP) on March 6; flights will operate 3x per week for a limited time, and fares start at $69Memphis, Tennessee (MEM) on March 8; flights will operate 2x per week, and fares start at $49 Indianapolis (IND) on March 24; flights will operate 3x per week for a limited time, and fares start at $69Milwaukee (MKE) on March 25; flights will operate 3x per week for a limited time, and fares start at $89
“As we look ahead to 2026, there’s a lot to be excited about—from our expanding network to the introduction of our new First Class seats and more—and we’re thrilled to kick things off with the announcement of these new routes, giving travelers even more affordable options as they plan their spring breaks next year,” said Josh Flyr, vice president of network and operations design at Frontier Airlines.
To score the cheapest fares on the new routes, travelers must book by December 10 at 11:59 p.m. ET. The sales prices are available for travel on select days of the week from March 6 through April 13, 2026.
