Construction is underway for a new Royal Caribbean Group cruise terminal at PortMiami.
The new Cruise Terminal G will be a state-of-the-art, LEED-certified facility for ships in the Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises and Silversea fleets. The terminal will be able to accommodate vessels with up to 7,000 passengers.
The complex also includes a multi-level parking facility integrated with a ground-level intermodal transportation hub. The project is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2027.

This morning, representatives from the partner organizations hosted an official groundbreaking ceremony.
They included Daniella Levine Cava, mayor of Miami-Dade County; Jimmy Morales, chief operating officer of Miami-Dade County; Hydi Webb, director and chief executive officer of PortMiami; members of the Miami-Dade Board of County Commissioners; Jason Liberty, chairman and chief executive officer of Royal Caribbean Group; Manuel R. Garcia-Tuñon, president and chief executive officer of Lemartec; and Gilberto Neves, president and chief executive officer of NV2A.
