Ensemble unveiled Hotel Group Desk, which is designed to help its members facilitate intricate supplier booking of nine or more rooms by taking over the most burdensome administrative tasks.
“The Hotel Group Desk was created in direct response to member demand for additional support when managing multi-room and multi-property hotel bookings,” the consortium said, adding that it will headed by a hotel specialist to manage operational tasks.
“Through this new offering, Ensemble acts as an intermediary on behalf of its members, handling sourcing, negotiations and administrative coordination exclusively with preferred hotel partners,” Ensemble added.
Requests will be fulfilled within a 48-hour timeframe for domestic bookings and within 72 hours for international bookings.
“Our Hotel Group Desk removes the need for members to chase multiple hotels, manage initial negotiations and sift through availability and terms,” said Daniel Fink, Ensemble’s senior vice president, partnerships.
“Once a preferred option is selected, advisors are connected directly to the hotel to finalize contracting and payments, allowing them more time to focus on clients and revenue generating work.”
