KHM Travel Group unveiled its first-ever, virtual-only Boot Camp event Jan. 23-25, with 109 attendees tuning in across the country.
Meanwhile, Boot Camp 2.0, scheduled for January 27-30, was originally designed as an in-person event but was held virtually due to inclement weather across the US.
“While we love the networking and energy that comes with an in-person event, moving to a virtual-only format allowed us to continue learning together in an interactive environment despite the weather challenges,” said KHM Travel Group Education Manager Carolyn Orf.
“This virtual experience made our educational content accessible to even more agents and offered opportunities for connecting through live chat and small group discussions,” she added.
KHM Travel Group first launched virtual educational event options in 2023 to accommodate advisors’ busy schedules, but the January event was the host agency’s first fully virtual event.
“The results of Boot Camp participation continue to demonstrate the impact. Of agents who attended Boot Camp 1.0 in 2025, 74% currently have something on the books,” KHM said. “Likewise, 67% of agents who completed Boot Camp 2.0 in 2025 are trending upward compared to 2024.”
This year, KHM is expanding its portfolio of educational options by adding updated educational videos, modules and quizzes.
“The refreshed online lessons include all-inclusive essentials, booking air, river cruising, travel protection, and making the most of Travel Leaders Network’s resources,” KHM said.
From Feb. 21-28, KHM will host its biggest annual event – the Crystal Conference – on Norwegian Cruise Line’s Norwegian Encore.
