Royal Caribbean is planning to refurbish three of its ships in 2026.
Ovation of the Seas, Harmony of the Seas and Liberty of the Seas will all be getting makeovers through the cruise line’s “Royal Amplified” program, which launched in 2018.
“Royal Caribbean continues to raise the bar on delivering the best of every vacation with revolutionary ships and top-rated exclusive destinations,” says Jay Schneider, chief product innovation officer for Royal Caribbean. “After seeing incredible success and guest satisfaction with the amplification of Allure of the Seas, we’re excited to bring three new amplifications to our fleet in 2026.”
Ovation of the Seas will be getting a revamped pool deck with private casitas and a new whirlpool, as well as new bars and restaurants like Giovanni’s Italian Kitchen, Izumi Teppanyaki and the Pesky Parrot tiki bar. The ship will also debut the brand-new Sound Cellar and get an expanded Casino Royale.
New accommodations coming to the ship include the Ultimate Family Suite and Panoramic Suite, while new experiences set to join the vessel include the Ripcord by iFly skydiving simulator and the SeaPlex indoor activity space.
Harmony of the Seas will get a new Caribbean-inspired pool deck with a new Lime & Coconut bar, as well as a refreshed adults-only Solarium. Other updates include Playmakers Sports Bar & Arcade, El Loco Fresh, Samba Grill Brazilian Steakhouse, an upgraded Casino Royale and the Ultimate Family Suite.
Liberty of the Seas will also get a reimagined pool deck with new casitas and the Lime & Coconut bar. Other additions include the all-new Royal Escape Room, Izumi Teppanyaki, El Loco Fresh and Starbucks.
