The American Society of Travel Advisors (ASTA) has unveiled plans for its popular Caribbean Showcase in 2026.
The marquee event connecting leading U.S. travel advisors with the top Caribbean destinations will take place from August 22-25, 2026, at Marriott’s St. Kitts Beach Club.
Attendees can look forward to more dynamic business sessions, marketplace meetings and destination experiences, in addition to educational seminars, supplier meetings and curated excursions across not only St. Kitts but its sister island of Nevis.
Pre-registration for next summer’s 2026 Caribbean Showcase opens this Thursday, October 30, for members of ASTA’s Ambassadors Circle and attendees of the 2025 Caribbean Showcase.
Meanwhile, ASTA chapter presidents, board members and Verified Travel Advisors may register as early as Friday, October 31, with general registration for all ASTA members opening Monday, November 3.
“The Caribbean Showcase is a cornerstone of ASTA’s commitment to building meaningful, mutually beneficial partnerships between advisors and the destinations they sell,” Zane Kerby, President and CEO of ASTA, said in a statement. “We’re thrilled to bring this program to St. Kitts in 2026, where advisors will gain firsthand knowledge and inspiration to better serve their clients while supporting the region’s sustainable growth.”
St. Kitts Tourism Authority CEO Kelly Fontenelle expressed optimism in that the event will help elevate the island destination’s reputation among travelers.
“St. Kitts being selected as the host country for the 2026 ASTA Caribbean Showcase is a testament to the significant strides that the island has made in increasing its brand visibility,” said Fontenelle. “Travel advisors play a critical role in driving visitation, which is integral to our marketing strategy.”
“In St. Kitts, we prioritize the art of personal connections with our travel agents,” added Marsha T. Henderson, Minister of Tourism, who will speak during the event’s general session. “ASTA’s travel agents will benefit tremendously through fostering deeper connections with the island, which ensures that when they sell the destination to their clients, it is executed meaningfully.”
