American Airlines has hit a major milestone in the expansion of its fleet. The Dallas-based carrier has received its 1,000th mainline aircraft. The new plane is a Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner outfitted with the airline’s new Flagship Suites business class and was delivered to the carrier on August 29.  American has been expanding its 787-9 fleet this year, receiving eight of the planes since April. NEW YORK (AP) — The conservative news network Newsmax filed an antitrust lawsuit against Fox News on Wednesday, saying Fox has sought to maintain its market dominance through intimidation and exclusionary business practices designed to stifle competition.Fox has sought to block television distributors from carrying Newsmax or minimize its exposure, pressured guests not to appear on the rival network and hired private detectives to investigate Newsmax executives, said the lawsuit, filed in U.S. District Court in south Florida.
