Carnival Cruise Line is offering a first look at Celebration Key, its forthcoming private destination on Grand Bahama.
The company shared new photos of the destination, which Carnival Cruise Line president Christine Duffy will open to guests on July 19.

As travelers enter the destination, they’ll be greeted by a sun-shaped arch called the Celebration Key Sun Portal, which is the perfect place to stop for selfies. Just beyond it, they’ll find the Paradise Plaza, which offers wayfinding and destination information to help them map out their day.

The centerpiece of Celebration Key is the Suncastle, a 10-story structure adorned with five massive conch shells that has two 350-foot water slides.
Guests can also enjoy the Calypso and Starfish freshwater lagoons, which together span more than 275,000 square feet.
Starfish Lagoon is a family-friendly hub, while Calypso Lagoon was designed with adults in mind. Calypso also has an adults-only section that consists of DJ Island and Mingo’s Tropical Bar & Kitchen, a 166-seat swim-up bar.

Celebration Key’s Over-the-Lagoon Super Villas can accommodate up to 10 guests, with amenities like locking cabinets, a dining table with eight chairs, a mini fridge stocked with water and soft drinks, ceiling fans, hammocks, swing chairs, sun loungers and a dedicated sun-shelf with water loungers and a water slide into the lagoon. Guests will also enjoy fresh fruit and snacks that are available upon arrival, as well as lunch delivery.

Four Over-the-Lagoon Supervillas are available for reservations—two at Calypso Lagoon and two at Starfish Lagoon for families. There are also two Beach Supervillas at the family-friendly beach and two at the adults-only beach.
For guests 18 and older, there’s Pearl Cove Beach Club, an exclusive premium experience with an 11,000-square-foot private infinity pool with a large sun shelf, water loungers and a swim-up bar. The retreat also boasts sun loungers and daybeds, a dedicated, private beach with sun loungers and a full-service restaurant.
