Celestyal Cruises is improving its cruise and land package tool for travel advisors.
Also, the brand is renaming the tool “Celestyal Sail & Stay” for the North American market.
The enhanced version is designed to help travel advisors more easily book cruise and land packages for their clients, both at time of booking or at a later date. It’s accessible on Celestyal’s trade booking platform.
Travel advisors can book pre- and post-cruise hotel stays at a selection of 18 Athens properties, with private transfers included. Most of the hotels are four-star and above, with some three-star options available. Private car or minivan transfers are available to and from the airport, hotel and port.
Celestyal is also unveiling new resource guides for the six Athens locations where the hotels are located, to help them better support their guests during their stay. The service has been expanded to all sailings departing from Athens starting July 28, including the line’s 3- and 4-night “Iconic Greek Islands,” 7-night “Idyllic Greece” and 7-night “Heavenly Greece, Italy & Croatia” itineraries. Celestyal hopes to eventually expand the offering to its Arabian Gulf itineraries.
“Advisors can now curate all-in-one cruise and land packages, combining Celestyal’s award-winning Greek island itineraries with hand-picked hotels and private transfers, to create a seamless experience for their clients,” says John Diorio, managing director and vice president of business development for North America at Celestyal. “All elements of our ‘Celestyal Sail and Stay’ packages are commissionable, so advisors can reap the rewards along with delivering exceptional value and peace of mind for their guests.”
He adds: “It’s all about giving their guests more choice, more value and more of what they love—while giving our advisors more tools to grow their business with Celestyal with ease and confidence.”
