Ensemble introduced Fastrack, a program tailored to assist new travel agency owners in the nascent stages of their businesses
“This is an incredibly attractive and rewarding industry, but it has traditionally not been easy for agency owners to build and sustain profitability,” said Ensemble President Michael Johnson.
“Ensemble’s entire focus is on helping our members grow stronger, more profitable businesses, and Fastrack is a natural extension of that commitment,” he added. “It provides new agency owners with the guidance, structure and accountability they need to build a solid foundation for long-term success.”
Fasttrack features two tiers, Fastrack Basic, which is priced at $85 per month, and Fastrack Pro, which also sells for $85 per month with a $1,999 one-time fee “that includes one-on-one support as an Ensemble member, registration to Horizons, Ensemble’s annual network-wide conference and custom website design with one year of ongoing support,” the company said.
The program will walk “participants through every stage of building a travel agency, from defining a business model and completing legal and financial setup to acquiring clients, managing sales and bookings, developing talent and preparing for long-term growth,” Ensemble said.
All told, Fastrack includes 38 courses, with another 100 that may be added as agency owners’ businesses evolve.
“The launch comes amid rising interest in entrepreneurship within the travel sector,” Ensemble said. “According to a recent LinkedIn survey ranking the five fastest growing careers, travel advisor placed fifth, signaling strong demand and momentum across the industry.”
