Grupo Posadas, Mexico’s largest hotel operator, boasts more than 200 hotels and 29,922 rooms across both city and beach destinations, and is looking at more growth in 2026. Posadas has 34 hotels in development, representing more than 4,800 rooms, an investment exceeding $880 million.

In 2025, Posadas evolved its brand strategy with new concepts and platforms, such as Invitta, a culinary and mixology program developed with Chef Gerardo Rivera that enhances restaurants and bar offerings. It also expanded Esencia Viva, the signature wellbeing program, further strengthened its luxury and lifestyle positioning across its Live Aqua, Grand Fiesta Americana, and Fiesta Americana brands.

Highlighting the 2026 openings, Sunvivia Mazatlán by Fiesta Americana introduces the All in Joy concept, blending wellbeing, entertainment, and family connection. The resort will feature 177 residential-style suites, four oceanfront towers, multiple pools and jacuzzis, diverse culinary options, expansive meeting spaces, and a full spa and wellness offerings.
