Global travel distributor and host agency InteleTravel is celebrating achieving $1 billion in sales this year, marking the second year in a row the company has marked the industry milestone.
The host agency, which boasts over 120,000 independent travel advisor affiliates, crossed the line to $1 billion in sales early this November. It attributes its past five years of strong growth, as well as its acquisitions of Hickory Travel, MGME, Major Travel and, more recently, Tickitto, as main contributors to its success.
Land sales had grown 15 percent from last year, largely due to the regained popularity in all-inclusive resorts, which had grown 19 percent from last year.
Cruising remains popular, with a 24 percent increase overall and a 53 percent increase in premium and luxury lines. River cruising takes the cake for seeing the most increase in demand from 2024 to 2025: sales grew 95 percent.
“I’m proud to share that this has been a record-breaking year for InteleTravel with unprecedented growth in bookings, revenue, and global reach,” said Tara Minson, President of InteleTravel. “This success belongs entirely to our extraordinary travel agents and dedicated workforce. Fueled by strategic company advancements and a culture that champions collaboration, integrity, and innovation, we’ve not only met but exceeded the evolving demands of modern travel.”
