A brand new adults-only all-inclusive resort is coming to the Dominican Republic in 2026.
Hyatt Hotels Corporation revealed plans for the 406-room Secrets Macao Beach Punta Cana on Monday.
According to the hotel giant, a Hyatt affiliate has entered into a management agreement with GSM Investissements Dominicana S.R.L., the existing owner of Dreams Macao Beach Punta Cana, expanding its Inclusive Collection’s mighty presence in the Caribbean country.
Expected to open adjacent to the family-friendly Dreams property next year, the new build resort will feature an array of spectacular accommodations, including Junior Suites, Master Suites and Presidential Suites. Guests can also choose from 111 swim-out suites and 13 panoramic, high-level swim-out suites.
Other highlights will include nine unique restaurants and nine bars, including a sports bar offering full-service dining, a cigar lounge and Coco Café serving light bites. Another notable option will be a farm-to-table restaurant nestled within an on-site organic garden.
Meanwhile, Preferred Club guests will have access to an exclusive dining venue that will offer an intimate setting with a curated menu and elevated service, Hyatt promises.
Additionally, Secrets Macao Beach Punta Cana will feature three pools, including “a main pool with a beach club-inspired ambiance, and an activity pool with daytime entertainment offering panoramic ocean views of the Atlantic Ocean,” according to Monday’s release.
The aforementioned Preferred Club members will also have access to a rooftop pool with ocean views.

Monday’s announcement comes on the heels of recent openings in the Dominican Republic, including Secrets Playa Esmeralda Resort & Spa and Dreams Playa Esmeralda Resort & Spa in Miches.
