JetBlue’s travel subsidiary and travel services booking
company, Paisly, has announced the expansion of its cruise portfolio with the
addition for four cruise line partners to include Holland America Line, Cunard,
Virgin Voyages and Oceania Cruises.
The move expands Paisly’s existing cruise offering allowing
the company to deliver more personalized and loyalty-integrated experiences to
its airline partners’ customer base and more niche suppliers in both the luxury
and adults-only offerings.
To meet the demand of 34.6 million global cruise passengers
in 2024, forecast to reach 42 million by 2028 according to industry estimates,
cruising remains one of the fastest-growing sectors in leisure travel,
according to Paisly. As a result, the company is adding a new cruise partner
each month.
The expanded cruise inventory sets the stage for Paisly’s
collaboration with United
Airlines beginning in summer 2026.
The first brand to offer cruises through Paisly, JetBlue
Vacations enables customers to double-dip on every cruise booking that includes
not only rewards from the cruise line but airline rewards like TrueBlue points
and tiles toward loyalty status.
In addition, Paisly’s Plane to Port Commitment, currently
offered through JetBlue Vacations ensures that if a flight delay prevents a
customer from making their cruise departure, Paisly will step in to help them
reach the next port of call.
Jamie Perry, President of Paisly said in a statement, “Cruising
is a category overdue for disruption, and that’s exactly what Paisly is
delivering. By expanding our cruise offering and integrating it with our
personalization engine and loyalty tools, we’re enabling JetBlue, and future
airline partners, to offer customers an experience that’s smarter, simpler, and
more rewarding.”
