Bio
Josh Hepp has been working in the travel sector since 2012, when he started as a travel advisor after backpacking Europe and teaching English. Just over 11 years ago, he joined TTC as a BDM with Contiki, getting young people out into the world. The rest has been history! He have worked his way from Contiki BDM to VP Strategic Accounts for TTC Tour Brands.
He has spent 11 years making a big impact to the industry and to advisor’s lives. He has two goals working in this industry: send more people into the world and change their lives, and to make more travel advisors money! These two goals are the foundation for how he creates impact.
He won numerous awards from various Partner of the Year awards (AAA, Oasis are recent awards), hired and trained new industry professionals into some of the best sales members that the industry has seen, to building exceptional relationships with tourism colleagues. His recent big accomplishment was creating and implementing TTC Tour Brands Tour Week. This was a work of labor that helped get 500 advisors around the world to travel, learn and network, creating the plan, selling it executive leadership and bringing together departments. This project was able to showcase some of TTC’s best destinations and experiences to educate and inspire our advisor partners. The first round has increased sales by nearly 30% for attendees, and he is only getting started.
