MSC Cruises opened bookings for the MSC Magnifica 115-day world cruise, which will call at 40 destinations in 29 countries.
The ship is undergoing a major renovation, which is expected to be completed by year’s end.
Travelers will be able to embark on the world cruise from Civitavecchia or Genoa, Italy; Marseille, France; or Barcelona, Spain, on Jan. 4, 5, 6 and 7, respectively.
The itinerary will feature seven overnight stays in destinations such as Lima, Peru, a destination for the line; Papeete, Tahiti; Sydney, Australia; and Hanoi, Vietnam.
In addition to Lima, other new destinations include Nuku’alofa, Tonga; Manta, Ecuador; Arica, Chile; Callao, Peru; Chan May, Vietnam; Sihanoukville, Cambodia; Grand Turk Island, Turks & Caicos; Hanga Roa, Easter Island; and Puerto Easter Island; and Puerto Limón, Costa Rica.

“As part of their cruise ticket, guests will enjoy a range of added benefits designed to enhance their journey,” MSC Cruises said.
Perks include 15 complimentary shore excursions, a free “Dine & Drink” beverage package and 30% savings on laundry services.
MSC Voyagers Club Classic members will feature “the exclusive MSC Yacht Club, offering guests unparalleled comfort, privacy, and personalized service,” MSC said.
The ship also features five restaurants and 12 bars, a theater, a casino, lounges with panoramic views, the MSC Aurea Spa, a fitness center, and sports facilities.
