PONANT EXPLORATIONS is sharing details about its winter 2026-2027 sailings in the Caribbean and Central America.
The company will offer 48 departures of 11 itineraries between November 2026 and April 2027.
That total includes 34 Caribbean voyages and 14 Central America voyages aboard four of the line’s ships: Le Bellot, Le Bougainville, Le Lapérouse and Le Ponant.
“This deployment represents our most comprehensive Central America and Caribbean season to date, offering travelers the perfect balance of exploration, education and refined relaxation all delivered with our signature French flair,” says Samuel Chamberlain, chief executive officer of PONANT EXPLORATIONS GROUP in the Americas.
PONANT is continuing its partnership with Smithsonian Journeys, offering several sailings that will feature two onboard Smithsonian Journeys experts. Travelers can also visit a wider variety of sought-after destinations, including Costa Rica, Panama, Colombia, the British Virgin Islands, Antigua and beyond.
“Our small ships can access remote, pristine destinations, allowing our guests to discover the authentic essence of these close-to-home regions while enjoying the joie de vivre for which our ships are known,” adds Chamberlain. “Moreover, our commitment to sustainable cruising ensures we explore these fragile ecosystems responsibly, leaving minimal impact on the spectacular environments we visit.”
