Swan Hellenic has introduced a new group program, offering travel advisors additional commissions of 2% to 4%, a reduced conductor threshold, and no initial deposits required to secure the space.
The program, which applies to groups of eight or more and is available for 2025 and 2007 cruises, includes all meals, the majority of beverages, gratuities, Wi-Fi, and excursions.
“Many sailings also include group return transfers and pre-cruise hotel rooms,” Swan Hellenic said. “In addition, flexible amenity points deliver extras ranging from onboard credit and private events to premium gifts.”
The program can also be customized to include amenities such as in one-of-a-kind dinners, cocktail receptions and private group excursions.
“Our new group travel program is designed to be simple, flexible and rewarding for travel advisors, while delivering the extraordinary experiences and enhancing the value for which Swan Hellenic is famous,” said Swan Hellenic Vice President of Global Sales Carlos Garzon.
“This is about giving our partners the tools they need to create something truly memorable for their clients.”
Swan Hellenic’s fleet includes three ice-class expedition ships: SH Minerva, SH Vega and SH Diana, which debuted in 2021, 2022 and 2023, respectively.
