For the first time in more than a decade, Tauck is launching a new brand, one aimed at tapping into the lucrative, globetrotting 40- to 50-year-old demographic of travelers.
Titled “Roam by Tauck,” the brand will offer small-group journeys averaging just 16 guests per departure. The trips will feature a balance of flexibility, active adventures, and signature experiences.
The new Roam by Tauck product line will begin with 12 itineraries across six countries by 2027. (At least five of those journeys will be available as soon as 2026.) Itinerary lengths will range from five to 11 nights to fit a variety of lifestyles and
vacation windows. They will also be available by land, river, and small
ship.
The development of a new brand for Tauck follows two years of research, which engaged some 4,000 travelers.
“Roam by Tauck represents a natural evolution of what we’ve always believed: travel has the power to enrich, restore, and transform,” Tauck President Jennifer Tombaugh said in a statement.
“The new brand name, Roam by Tauck, intentionally evokes exploration, freedom, and the pleasure of discovery designed for a new generation of Tauck guests,” Tombaugh added.

Premium pricing for Roam by Tauck will be comparable to the company’s higher-end offerings, designed for a younger luxury traveler seeking more flexibility and adventure.
Roam by Tauck tours will be revealed and open for booking starting this winter, with first departures set for August 2026. Bookings will initially be available in the U.S. only.
