Two months after confirming Season 4 would be filmed and take place in France, The White Lotus apparently has a new hotel to call home.
According to Variety, the hit HBO series’ upcoming season will include scenes filmed at a 19th-century palace-turned-luxury hotel in the Château de La Messardière in Saint-Tropez on the Côte d’Azur.
While it won’t be the lone filming location for Season 4, highlights include lavish suites ranging from $3,000 to $8,000 and more per night, a spa, beach access by Rolls-Royce transfer, multiple restaurants, sports activities and a camp for children, among other perks.
Variety also reports that the Château de La Messardière is part of Airelles Collection, a group of five-star hotels owned by Stephane Courbit, who is also the founder and chairman of global entertainment company Banijay Group, which has produced hits such as Survivor and Peaky Blinders.
Filming for Season 4 of The White Lotus is expected to begin by the end of April and continue through October.
