
Travefy, a widely used itinerary, website and form builder platform for travel advisors, has just launched its fully integrated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) suite, which includes important features like professional invoices, commission tracking, integrated email systems and a new contact management system.
The new CRM allows advisors to easily manage and track everything about their business, without having to switch from spreadsheets to other apps or platforms. Communications, bookkeeping and more are all integrated.
Advisors can generate an invoice, import items from an itinerary, send it to clients and track payment authorizations; view and track their commissions; store client data including loyalty numbers, passport info and travel preferences; and send and receive client communications via email through Travefy.
