Tripadvisor, Visit Lauderdale and SPARK, Visit Lauderdale’s Advertising Agency of Record, are helping travelers with disabilities travel with the launch of Tripadvisor’s new Accessible Travel Hub, a platform built to support those with all kinds of disabilities.
The new hub, which is available through Tripadvisor’s website, offers peer-informed content, planning resources and other guidance for travelers with mobility devices, sensory sensitivities or neurodivergence. The travel hub will also feature editorials with first-person experiences and recommendations.
Visit Lauderdale’s partnership includes a detailed destination spotlight with accessible experiences, from beach wheelchair rentals to sensory-friendly museums. Visit Lauderdale is part of the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Program.
“At Tripadvisor, we believe that inclusive travel experiences are essential to building a better, more connected world,” said Steven Paganelli, Global VP of Media & Partnerships, Tripadvisor. “This partnership brings together community insights, real traveler stories, and local expertise to create a resource that empowers more people to travel with confidence. It’s a powerful step forward in making accessibility the standard in every travel journey.”
The Accessible Travel Hub will be featured as part of a broader Tripadvisor campaign through this summer and fall.
