Jurassic Park Rebirth movie fans are invited to Universal
Mega Movie Summer at Universal
Studios Hollywood from now through August 10, 2025, to celebrate the #1
worldwide blockbuster movie Jurassic World Rebirth.
During the event, guests
can experience the thrill of Jurassic World—The Ride, featuring an up-close
encounter with the Mosasaurus and other dinosaurs from the Jurassic World
franchise. The iconic 84-foot water drop at the ride’s finish features the
menacing roar of a Mosasaurus and erupting geysers that shower guests with
water.
Fans will meet Delores, the Aquilops from the new film and
her animal specialist handler along with other dinosaur favorites featured on
the ride. Other dinosaur-related activities include a memorable photo op and a
scavenger hunt.
Prehistoric delicacies are available at Jurassic Café with
new-themed beverages at Isla Nu-bar along with a selection of themed
merchandise at Jurassic Outfitters. Guests can also catch Jurassic World
Rebirth on the big screen at CityWalk’s Universal Cinema greeted by a full-size
scale Quetzalcoatlus perched above an ancient temple.
Other Universal Mega Movie Summer Events
This year’s event programming also features the 50th
golden anniversary of Jaws, the 40th anniversary of Back to the
Future, Wicked and How to Train Your Dragon. Guests can also get a sneak peek
of the Dodge Charger ride vehicle that will be featured on Fast & Furious:
Hollywood Drift, opening in 2026.
Complementing the new groundbreaking attractions, Universal
Studios Hollywood also includes the interactive SUPER NINTENDO WORLD, featuring
the critically-acclaimed “Mario Kart: Bowser’s Challenge” ride; “The Wizarding
World of Harry Potter immersive land that features Hogsmeade village, “Harry
Potter and the Forbidden Journey” and “Flight of the Hippogriff rides;
“Jurassic World—The Ride”; Illumination’s award-winning “The Secret Life of
Pets: Off the Leash” and “Despicable Me Minion Mayhem”; Springfield, U.S.A. and
“The Simpsons Ride”; “TRANSFORMERS: The
Ride-3D” and “Revenge of the Mummy—The Ride,” as well as the theme park’s
signature, behind-the-scenes Studio Tour attraction.
