Viking unveiled details of its World Cruises schedule, including the 142-day itinerary aboard Viking Vespa, which will depart from Fort Lauderdale on Dec. 28, 2027, and culminate in London on May 18, 2028.
All told, the cruise is scheduled to visit 31 countries, featuring 62 guided tours in a slate of global destinations and 16 overnight stays in destinations such as Sydney, Australia; Singapore; Zanzibar, Tanzania; Cape Town, South Africa; and Casablanca, Morocco.
“Those guests who wish to extend their journey may choose the 170-day Viking World Voyage III, which continues from London and includes 21 additional ports of call across Northern Europe and Scandinavia before concluding in Stockholm,” Viking said.
“Viking also offers additional options, including the 153-day Viking World Voyage IV, which sails from Los Angeles to Stockholm and visits 37 countries, as well as the shorter 125-day Viking World Discoveries voyage, which departs from Los Angeles, visits 27 countries and concludes in London.”
What distinguishes Viking’s World Cruises from that of the competition is its laser focus on the destinations visited, said Viking Chairman and CEO Torstein Hagen.
Our World Cruises are thoughtfully designed to offer the opportunity to experience dozens of fascinating destinations around the world in one seamless voyage – these epic voyages are truly the ultimate in exploration.”
